Jody is an experienced project manager within the team, developing detailed designs for sets across theatre, television and events.
He is our resident CAD power user and is an expert in AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketchup and Adobe Creative Suite, to name but a few.
Jody originally gained a BA in Silversmithing and Metalwork at Camberwell College of Art and went on to work as a CAD technician at Alan Baxter Associates on structural and civil engineering projects.
He took a number of structural engineering modules while there to further his skills but decided to venture into the scenery world, looking for a career with a more artistic bent.
He joined us in 2013 following freelance positions at TMS and 2D3D. We liked him so offered him a full-time position and he has flourished, bringing his CAD skills to bear with his original passion for art & design.
He has since forged a niche combining his creativity and the rigour he developed in the engineering sector.
In his spare time, he’s a gardening cyclist who loves nothing more than to look at nerdy stuff on the web in regard to design and technology. He’s always looking for the next “big thing”!
